Every experience is guided, supplied and designed so each guest makes something real. No artistic skill. No prep. Just show up, settle in, and unwind.
Bollywood Dance Break
We bring the sound, the playlist and an instructor who breaks a full routine into steps anyone can follow. For one hour the quietest person and the most senior name are missing the same turn. Nobody looks competent, everyone survives it together — and the room stays loud long after the music stops.
Vision Board Sprint
Hundreds of curated images, printed quotes, textures and boards, with warm drinks poured as people sit down. Phones face-down for ninety minutes while each person arranges the words and pictures that put their goals somewhere they can actually see them. Hands stay busy, eyes stay down — and teams talk more honestly than they manage in a year of sitting together.
Guess Who Painted You
Everyone brings a photo of themselves and drops it into the pile. Photos are dealt back out at random, so nobody knows whose portrait they’re making — and everyone paints at once. At the end they go up together and you work out who painted yours. Nobody has done this before, so nobody can be bad at it.
Slow Made
Warm tea poured as people sit down, then hands take over. Sheets of honey-scented beeswax curl into hand-rolled candles, and soft clay is pressed and shaped into something small enough to keep. It’s the slowest hour we run — nothing to achieve, nobody performing — and the conversations that surface are the most honest of the year.
The Cake Decorating Challenge
A pre-baked cake per team and an overflowing station of frostings, gels, edible gold and gems. Teams build a showpiece, then present it for judging on creativity and sheer audacity. Competition does what icebreakers can’t — people forget to be self-conscious. Gorgeous chaos, and much better snacks.
Welcome Kit Build
Blank mugs, ceramic paints, keepsake boxes and cards. Everyone makes a handmade welcome for a colleague who hasn’t started yet, with a handwritten note tucked inside. Thinking carefully about a stranger’s first day pulls a team into a generous mood — and it stays there long after the new hire arrives.
Canvas Painting Session
Stretched canvases, easels, acrylics and full floor protection arrive with us. One theme, walked through step by step, slow enough for a first-timer to keep up. The unlikeliest people produce the most breathtaking work every time — and the room finds out together. Every painting goes home.
Candle Making Lab
The full fragrance library, soy wax, wicks and vessels. Guests blend a scent that’s theirs alone, then pour, set the wick and name it. Choosing a fragrance gets people talking about childhood homes and grandmothers without being asked. Everyone leaves with a candle that keeps working every time they light it.
Pressed Flower Lanterns
Real pressed petals, translucent paper, tea poured as people sit down. Guests set flowers into glowing lanterns and keepsake bookmarks, arranging until it looks right. It’s the softest hour we run — deliberately undemanding — and the conversations that surface when nobody’s performing are the ones people mention afterwards.
